Rally Point Media Network was founded by Payton Dunn — a 25-year-old Arkansas National Guard veteran who taught himself the NIL space from scratch and built a multi-athlete platform in months. No agency backing. No institutional support. Just discipline, a mission, and a belief that athletes deserved better than what the industry was offering them
